Ons wil u graag herinner dat LUTON 240 SC nie op die amptelike, Horgtro MRL-lys vir pere verskyn nie. Alhoewel die etiket tans vermeld dat die produk op appels én pere geregistreer is, is dit slegs geregistreer vir die beheer van appelbloedluis (Eriosoma lanigerum), wat nie as ’n plaag van ekonomiese belang in pere in Suid-Afrika beskou word nie.
Let asseblief daarop dat dit slegs die pere MRL-lys raak – die produk bly steeds wettig op appels bruikbaar soos op die etiket en op die appel MRL-lys aangedui.
Ons deel hierdie inligting om seker te maak julle het die nodige konteks om besluite met vertroue te neem en klante reg in te lig. Dis belangrik dat ons almal dieselfde feite voor oë het wanneer ons verantwoordelik optree in die mark.

We would like to remind you that LUTON 240 SC does not appear on the official Hortgro MRL list for pears. Although the current label indicates that the product is registered for both apples and pears, it is only registered for the control of woolly apple aphid (Eriosoma lanigerum), a pest not considered economically significant in pears under South African conditions.
Please note that this only affects the pear MRL list – the product remains legally usable on apples, as indicated on the label and the national apple MRL list.
