A non-selective soluble concentrate herbicide for the post-emergence control of weeds in various crops, orchards, vineyards and plantations / forestry, as indicated.

  • BOUND 200 SL is a phosphinic acid herbicide and belongs to HRAC group H.
  • Contact herbicide with limited translocation in plants.
  • Kills weeds by inhibiting an enzyme central to the plant’s metabolism.
  • Active on all green parts of treated weeds.
  • Chlorosis and wilting occur within 3-5 days after application, followed by death 1-2 weeks later.
  • Good control of glyphosate resistant weeds, e.g. Lolium spp. and Conyza spp.
  • Controls hardy weeds, including:
    - Small mallow/kiesieblaar (Malva parviflora)
    - Flax-leaf fleabane/Vaalskraalhans (Conyza bonariensis)
    - Rye grass/raaigras (Lolium spp.)
    - Common couch grass/kweekgras (Cynodon dactylon).
  • Ensure that direct spray or drift does not come into contact with green leaves, active buds or fruit.
  • Optimum control is achieved with application three days after good rainfall.
  • Apply in orchards older than one year after transplant and shield stems of trees younger than two years.
  • Herbicidal symptoms are visible within 7-10 days and complete control within 2-6 weeks.
  • Water volume: 300-500 /ha as overall application.
  • Start with application in late winter or early spring on actively growing weeds.
